After graduating medical school from McGill University in 2007, Dr. Mark Buch completed his Family Medicine residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. He then continued his education in the Emergency Medicine fellowship program at McGill. Since 2010, Mark, has been an attending staff at the Jewish General Hospital, in Montreal. The Jewish General Hospital is a tertiary care university hospital with one of the highest patient volumes in Québec. He is also CEUS certified as an independent practitioner of point of care ultrasound. In the Jewish General Emergency department, he has been involved in teaching medical students and residents in various mediums. From 2010-2013 Dr. Buch began his family practice at the Herzl Family Practice Center, it was in this time that he managed and supervised medical students and residents in both the ward and clinic setting. In 2013, Dr. Buch opened Santé Mont-Royal, a medical clinic in Town of Mount-Royal. It has now grown to a busy GMF, with over 20 physicians from multiple specialties. Dr. Buch continues to manage this clinic from both a medical and business standpoint.  His areas of interest include practice management, medical information technology and efficiency improvement.
