Overview
Objectives

As a result of attending this session, participants will be able to:

  • manage anticoagulation in a patient with high risk of thrombosis and active bleeding
  • management of recurrent/new thrombosis in anticoagulated patient
  • counselling a patient who refuses optimal therapy in relation to thrombosis and anticoagulation
